This Refund Policy explains how Mach Meyer's Academy handles payments made towards our GATE Aerospace Engineering coaching programs. Please read it carefully before completing your enrollment payment, as it forms part of our Terms of Service.
Mach Meyer's Academy follows a strict no-refund policy. Once a payment has been made towards enrollment in any course, batch, or plan, it is non-refundable under any circumstances, including but not limited to:
All fee payments are final. There are no partial refunds, prorated refunds, or credit transfers to a future batch once payment has been received.
Enrollment fees are used to reserve your seat in a batch, allocate trainer time, and grant you immediate access to notes, recorded sessions, and mock test material from day one. Because course access and materials are made available upfront, we are unable to reverse this once granted — which is why we ask students to review the syllabus, plan details, and demo classes carefully before paying.
As outlined in our Terms of Service, each login ID is for the exclusive use of the enrolled student. Accounts found to be sharing login credentials with another individual, student or otherwise, will have their access terminated with immediate effect, and no refund will be issued in such cases.

In the rare event of a duplicate payment, a technical error resulting in a failed transaction that was still debited, or a batch being cancelled entirely by Mach Meyer's Academy before it begins, we will review the matter on a case-by-case basis and may issue a correction or refund limited strictly to the erroneous amount. Such cases must be reported to us within 7 days of the transaction, along with proof of payment.
If an amount is debited from your account but your enrollment does not show as confirmed, please do not attempt the payment again immediately. Contact us with your transaction reference number and payment screenshot so we can verify the status with our payment partner and resolve it promptly.
